TULSA - The 16-annual Buck Colbert Franklin Memorial Civil Rights Lecture is scheduled at 5:30 p.m. Feb. 16 at the University of Tulsa's Price and Turpen Courtroom in John Rogers Hall.

Jerry Kang, professor of law, professor of Asian American studies, Inaugural Korea Times-Hankook Ilbo Chair in Korean American Studies and Law, and inaugural vice chancellor for equity, diversity and inclusion at UCLA, will present the lecture.

He is a co-author of Race, Rights, and Reparation: The Law and the Japanese American Internment.
