A decade after Topeka West High School presented the city debut of the Tony Award-winning "Urinetown: The Musical," it returns with its hilarious satire of the legal system, capitalism, social irresponsibility, populism, bureaucracy, corporate mismanagement, municipal politics and musical theater itself. Show times are 7 p.m. Friday and Saturday in the Douglas P. Goheen Theater of the high school, 2001 S.W. Fairlawn. Tickets are $9 for adults or $5 for students and can be purchased at the door.
