NHL Roundup: Bishop Hits Milestone with Tampa Bay's Win

Steven Stamkos scored the tying goal late in the third period before Tyler Johnson won it 1:04 into overtime as the Tampa Bay Lightning beat the Nashville Predators 4-3 Friday night for their ninth straight home victory.

Native St. Louisan and former Blues goalie Ben Bishop made 27 saves to give him a victory over all 30 NHL teams.

J.T. Brown and Nikita Kucherov also scored for the Lightning. Nashville got goals from Mike Fisher, James Neal and Filip Forsberg.

Penguins stay hot * Kris Letang scored on the final shootout shot, Marc-Andre Fleury made 29 saves and visiting Pittsburgh beat Carolina 2-1. The win was the Penguins' eighth in 10 games and came after Carolina's Andrej Nestrasil scored late in the third period to send the game to the extra period. Phil Kessel scored Pittsburgh's regulation goal, in the second period. …
