Marshall Barber, veteran Topeka radio personality, will spin classic vinyl records as part of First Friday Artwalk activities at Moods, 816 N. Kansas Ave., in the NOTO Arts District. The party will start at 6 p.m., and there is no cover charge. Barber still plays classic soul, R&B and rock, but instead of on traditional over-the- air radio, it is through an Internet radio service. With St. Patrick's Day coming, Fraoch, a Kansas City-based, five- piece, traditional Irish band, will get Celtic music in the air when it performs from 7:30 to 10:30 p.m. Friday at the Classic Bean in Fairlawn Plaza, 2125 S.W.
