Easter Sunrise Service: The St. Albans Community Easter Sunrise Service will start at 7 a.m. Sunday, March 27, at Cunningham Memorial Cemetery, behind the upper mausoleum. Ministers and musicians from St. Albans-area churches will lead the service. John Nelson, authorized lay preacher, will offer the message. The Easter Sunrise Service is sponsored by the St. Albans Ministerial Association. For more information, visit SAMA on Facebook. SAHS 61 Reunion: The St. Albans High School Class of 1961 will meet for its 55th-year class reunion during the weekend of Aug. 26. Nutrition Program: FamilyCare Health Center, 116 Hills Plaza, Charleston, will host a free, four-week nutrition program from 1 to 3 p.m. on consecutive Mondays in April. The program, for Kanawha County residents only, is sponsored by West Virginia University and will be taught by Kyndel Evans, adult nutrition educator. Weekly topics will include meal planning, healthy recipes and learning to shop and save money. There will also be food tastings, recipes and take home gifts.
