Two VR titles from Pittsburgh's Schell Games - "I Expect You to Die" and "Water Bears"- are immersive and engaging experiences.

"I Expect You to Die" is a spy-themed game where players work their way through a series of death traps. The name refers to a line in the movie "Goldfinger:" James Bond asks Goldfinger if he expects him to talk. "No, Mr. Bond, I expect you to die!" Goldfinger replies. Players can expect to die many virtual deaths in this game.

Designed for the Oculus Rift Touch, the game uses hand controllers to let the player interact with objects in the virtual world, for example, taking a book from a shelf or taking shots at bottles. The non-VR version of the game uses the mouse to control movements. The player is seated in a car and has to find the key and dodge an optical sensor to start the ignition. …
