WVU Tech's Genna Trippett had a huge day to help lead the Golden Bears (11-15) to a pair of softball wins, defeating Southeastern University 6-3 and Middlebury College 11-5. Trippett hit three home runs and had eight RBIs in Tech's win over Middlebury. She hit a two- run homer in the second inning, a three-run shot in the fifth inning and followed that up with another three-run homer in the sixth.

Trippett had two more hits and three RBIs against Southeastern.
