TULSA - The Tulsa Preservation Commission is offering a series of free, public lectures.

Topics include sustainable design and adaptive reuse, historic tax credits, entrepreneurial success in older neighborhoods with smaller buildings, and the economic and cultural benefits of preserving Route 66. A reception will be provided with each of the presentations.

"Redefining Stewardship: Designing for a Sustainable Future" will be the topic of a lecture at 5:30 p.m. April 7 at Cyntergy, 810 S. Cincinnati Ave. Tina Roach with Quinn Evans Architects will speak.

"Positive Impact: Historic Tax Credits Transforming Tulsa" will be the topic for a lecture at 6 p.m. May 17 at 36 Degrees North, Universal Ford Building, 36 E. …
