In March, I stopped counting shortly after 60 (that's 6-0) - 60 articles since the beginning of the month mentioning the Republican front-runner. Truthfully, that's a bit less than I expected, and if I hadn't already been beaten to near death with his name, I would have had the energy to pry my fingers from the keyboard and clap my hands together.

I wish I could say I'm a political girl living in a political world, but unfortunately that couldn't be further from the truth. Saying that I despise politics is up for nomination as understatement of the year, right under every statement that he's racist. Or sexist. Or elitist. Or evil. Oh, never mind.

Am I suggesting that we all turn a blind eye to the important issues or ignore the fact that who we elect has very real consequences for each of us? …
