THE renowned chef Robert Owen Brown has teamed up with Italian restaurant Don Giovanni to host two exclusive nights of dining.

Better known for his gutsy approach to traditional British fare, Brown will be turning his hand to Italian cuisine in this two day pop-up.

Taking over the private dining room in Don Giovanni, on April 27 and 28, Robert and his team will be serving up a five-course menu with an Italian twist to 30 people each night.

The former Mark Addy and Rosylee chef has curated an eclectic menu around local and seasonal produce. From hand-dived scallops with Morecombe Bay shrimp tortellini, to thyme smoked rabbit, customers will be treated to a unique menu from starters to cheeseboard.
