A Harris poll shows that 3.5 million American men practice yoga, including professional athletes.

Among these are Eddie George, the star NFL running back who graces the book's cover; Al Leiter, pitcher for the New York Mets; PGA golfer David Duval; and Sean Burke, NHL goalie for the Phoenix Coyotes.
