The West Virginia International Film Festival's 32nd annual Spring Film Festival takes place this month in the LaBelle Theater, 311 D St., South Charleston. The film festival will run from April 15 through 24. Tickets are $8 for adults and $5 for students. Six- packs of adult tickets cost $30.
