Fans Hit out at Reds' Coach 'Gaffe'

UNITED fans say the club has scored a 'massive own goal' after running out of free coaches for the FA Cup semifinal at Wembley.

Last week the club promised 'free coach travel for fans wishing to make the round-trip from Old Trafford to Wembley stadium as a thank you for your continued support throughout the season'.

But now it has emerged that Thomas Cook Sports, which was providing the coaches, has run out of seats on the 57 coaches it had laid on.

It will leave some of the 31,000 Reds heading to the match on Saturday with a problem, particularly as the game kicks off at 5.15pm - and with the possibility of extratime and penalties it would be too late to catch the last train to Manchester at 9pm.

United confirmed the seats had all been taken by Saturday. …
