KEITH Hill insists his Rochdale side still have a part to play in the chase for a League One play-off place.

Dale missed the opportunity to narrow the gap between themselves and sixth-placed Gillingham when Justin Edinburgh's side visited Spotland on Tuesday and escaped with a point.

The result left Dale four points behind the Gills and seventh- placed Barnsley - but with nine points up for grabs, Hill and his players are not giving up yet.

"We're chasing a dream and we're still chasing," said Hill.

"Not an awful lot changed for me after the Gillingham game. We've got three games left and I've been pleased with the points that we've got over the last 10 or 15 games. If we continue that form and the points per game then we'll be somewhere close.

"You can't be too frustrated, it's over to the the players at this time of the season. …
