* Teaneck junior CF Ashley Sosa recorded her 100th hit Saturday against Dwight Morrow. Sosa is hitting .532 with seven doubles, two triples, 14 RBI and 10 runs scored. She also has a .577 on-base percentage and .766 slugging percentage.

* Danielle Trongone had a big week to help DePaul go 3-0 last week. The senior SS hit .500 with two triples, three doubles, three RBI and two runs scored. She also was stellar in the field, recording seven putouts and five assists.

* Bergen Tech went 4-1 last week to improve to 9-5. Sophomore P Myah Wolfer is 6-3 with 77 strikeouts in 51 innings with a 2.41 ERA. Junior 1B Giana Baez is hitting .458 with a home run and 16 RBI and is 13 hits away from her 100th. The Knights have also gotten big contributions from sophomore 3B Jocelyn Greer (.404, 15 RBI), freshman SS Gianna Sarlo (.435, two home runs, 11 RBI, eight stolen bases), senior C/DP Dakota Baker (.438, seven RBI) and C I-Asiah Christmas (.478, seven stolen bases).

* Pascack Valley senior 1B/P Alex Pleasic recorded her 100th career hit April 11 against Teaneck. Pleasic will be playing at Rhode Island next year.

* Angela Saric had another big game for Indian Hills on Wednesday against Tenafly. The sophomore right-hander pitched a shutout, allowing just two singles with 14 strikeouts and no walks. Braves junior C Caitlyn Logatto had a nice performance in a win over Midland Park, going 2-for-3 with a double, home run and two RBI.

* Cliffside Park lost to Hoboken, 3-2, in eight innings, at the Weehawken Autism Challenge on Saturday. But the Lady Raiders raised $500 during their lunch periods Friday, and along with family members donations, brought the total to $600 for the great cause.

* Dumont junior right-hander Jennifer Sweeney struck out 17 in a 5-1 win over River Dell on Monday. She also hit a home run.

* Kaitlyn Belge threw a complete-game two hitter to help lead Paramus Catholic to a 5-1 victory over Montclair on Thursday. She struck out five.

* NV/Old Tappan's Julie Rodriguez produced her 100th career hit when she singled in the third inning of the Golden Knights' 5-1 loss to Indian Hills on April 18. …
