Capitol Police on Wednesday investigated reports of an intruder in the Docking State Office Building.

A man wearing a fishing hat and a hunting camouflage shirt entered the Docking building about 6:30 p.m. Wednesday through the tunnel from the Kansas Statehouse. After coming through the tunnel between the two buildings. The man, who was believed to be homeless, approached a female Department of Revenue worker, Capitol Police public information officer Patrick Saleh said Friday.

The woman told police the man made sexually suggestive comments and followed her down a hallway.

A Capitol Police lieutenant found the man and told him he wasn't allowed in the building after hours and couldn't harass state employees, Saleh said. …
