PRINCE HARRY insists that first and foremost, he is actually Captain Wales - the title he held in the Army.

"I spent 10 years in the Army wearing the same uniform as these guys," he says. "As far as they are concerned, I'm one of them. You share something very unique."

And so, it's not surprising that he came up with the idea for the Invictus Games, a Paralympicstyle multi sport event for wounded, injured or sick servicemen and women.

"It's an opportunity for me to give something back," he tells Nick Knowles, in this documentary charting the journey of five ex soldiers on the road to the second Games, which begins in Orlando on Sunday.

Having hosted the inaugural Games in London in 2014, Britain is sending a team to the US to compete against other armed services personnel who are injured or ill - more than 500 athletes from 15 countries will participate in sports such as swimming, wheelchair basketball, wheelchair rugby, track and field, archery and sitting volleyball. …
