I WAS disgusted by the scenes at the end of Manchester City's last home game at the Etihad.

The academy team, eventually followed by the first team and manager, came out to an almost empty stadium. Why were the academy players not introduced at half-time? They would have been given a good reception from a full stadium and, no doubt, would have felt a lot better than being greeted by a handful of diehards.

Then, what seemed an age after, came the first-team and manager.

Again, there were just a few of us in the stadium to hear Manuel Pellegrini say his farewell.

The whole thing was so longwinded and even myself and my daughter got fed up and left the ground before the players. OK, we may not now finish in a Champions League spot, but things should have been better thought out.

David Harrison Clean up this rubbish AFTER various complaints to the council and the owners of the flats on Denning Place in Clifton, once again we are left to look at piles of rotting rubbish that the council and owners are not bothered about as they both seem to think it's not their problem.
