A Pittsburgh design shop has responded to the Tampa Bay Lightning's restrictions on Penguins gear at Amalie Arena with a vengeance - and a bit of style.

On Monday afternoon, Commonwealth Press, a South Side screen printing and design shop, released a blue-and-white T-shirt (as seen on Page A-1) that reads: "This is not a PGH Penguins Tshirt." Every word except "PGH" and "Penguins" is in fine print.

The shirt refers to the Lightning's ban on opposing-team gear in certain sections of Amalie Arena during the Stanley Cup playoffs. The Penguins play the Lightning on Wednesday and Friday at Amalie Arena in Games 3 and 4 of the Eastern Conference final. The dress code applies to three premier sections of the Tampa arena, affecting about 10 percent of seats. …
