Pair Indicted Again in Crash That Killed Kinnelon Man

A grand jury on Tuesday handed up a new indictment in the case of a Cliffside Park record store owner who was killed four years go in a head-on collision in East Rutherford.

Joseph Ferretti, 32, of Dumont and Joseph Meyer, 23, of Florida were indicted on vehicular homicide and aggravated manslaughter charges in connection with the crash that killed Stephen Lenge, 56, of Kinnelon on May 13, 2012.

Lenge, a married father of two, was riding his motorcycle to work at a music festival at MetLife Stadium just before 8 a.m. on Mother's Day when, authorities say, Ferretti and Meyer were driving Ferraris on Berrys Creek Road. Meyer lost control in a curve.

Ferretti, who was behind him, then lost control and crossed into oncoming traffic, striking Lenge. Police at the time said both were driving at a "high rate of speed" on the road, which has a 25-mph speed limit. …
