WHEN we meet mum of quads Sofia, Aston, Amelia and Roman, she has not slept a wink because the one-year-olds kept waking each other up all night.

"I can't promise I'm not going to kill someone today," says Kat Davies, who admits she's looking forward to their bedtime when she can ditch the milk bottles for a glass of wine.

In this eye-opening documentary - which is quite frankly exhausting just to watch - we find out the reality of life with quads.

And it has been a tough 12 months for Kat, who, in an eight-hour period, cooks 12 meals and changes 16 nappies, spending Pounds 150 on the weekly shop.

Her pram is a monstrouslooking contraption that looks like it takes up the entire pavement, and her home boasts four bouncers, four high chairs, you get the gist...

But of course they wouldn't change it for the world.

Meanwhile, the Clark family has four daughters who have reached the 'terrible twos'. …
