HPHS Stages 'Rachel Corrie'

A trio of Highland Park High School seniors have collaborated to stage "My Name is Rachel Corrie," a one-woman play about an American college student killed while protesting the bulldozing of a Palestinian home by Israelis. Korynne McWilliams plays Corrie in the show directed by Heather King and designed by Cynthia Gross. The play, based on Corrie's diary and emails, will be staged at 7 p.m. Friday and Saturday in the auditorium of the school, 2424 S.E. California. Tickets are $5 at the door.

Tickets will go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday at the Topeka Performing Arts Center, 214 S.E. 8th, for an autumn stop there of the first live stage show adaptation of "PAW Patrol," Nickelodeon's top-rated preschool series. "PAW Patrol Live! Race to the Rescue" will play TPAC at 10 a. …
