LANCASHIRE look to be heading into the Roses clash with Yorkshire on Sunday sitting top of the table.

If Durham, who need 84 more runs to win with six wickets left, beat Warwickshire today, the Red Rose will go to Headingley to face the back-to-back champions with an advantage in Division One of the Specsavers County Championship.

Lancashire's start already has the Yorkies worried, with former England skipper Michael Vaughan last night tweeting: "I have to admit I am slightly concerned with the start @LancsCCC have made."

And skipper Steven Croft believes they can upset the champions.
