Scouting report * After offseason lower back surgery, Brewers outfielder Ryan Braun has returned to being one of the best hitters in the league, ranking third in batting average at .351 with nine homers and 30 runs batted in. The Brewers have found a leadoff man in shortstop Jonathan Villar, acquired from Houston. Villar is hitting .307 with a league-leading total of 18 stolen bases.
