RESERVOIR DOGS actor Tim Roth takes on the role of grief stricken father Reg Keys, who campaigned for justice after his son's death in Iraq.

Lance Corporal Tom Keys was just four days off his 21st birthday when he was gunned down by a mob in Al Majar in 2003, along with five other military policemen.

It was then a heart-wrenching David and Goliath story as Reg tried to get answers and eventually took on the Prime Minister Tony Blair.

Written by Jimmy McGovern (he wrote Cracker and The Street), the 90-minute drama follows this true story of Reg's defiant journey.

"It's an extraordinary story,' says Tim, 55. 'I didn't know anything about what Reg had been through, but as soon as I read the script, I told my wife, "I'm doing this".

Beginning with the terribly sad moment Reg and his wife Sally (Anna Maxwell Martin) find out their son has been killed, the moment everything changed, through to identifying him and the funeral. …
