PEP Guardiola will be kick-starting his City reign at the Allianz Arena.

The new Blues boss will be taking the team back to his old stomping ground for a friendly against Bayern Munich.

The match will kick-off on the evening of July 20, with tickets on sale for 15 euros from Bayern's website.

It had been expected that Guardiola's first outing as City manager would take place in China, with the squad to play United on July 25 and Dortmund on July 28 before facing Arsenal in Sweden.

But City have added this game to their list - meaning Carlo Ancelotti will be the first manager the Catalan pits himself against before tests against Jose Mourinho, Thomas Tuchel and Arsene Wenger quickly follow.
