THE migrant crisis is world-wide and will not go away if we leave Europe - the 'have-nots' have seen how the 'haves' live and will keep trying to better their lives.

Nor is it a solution to send them back, after a life-threatening sea crossing they will be bitter and ripe for radicalisation. The leavers would cut all aid to poorer countries, the only solution is to help them live a better life where they are now.

EUROPEAN MIGRANTS: It is not the fault of migrants if unscrupulous bosses use them to undercut wages, they tend to take low paid jobs the English don't want anyway. Those bosses will still be there and when European protection for workers goes, the situation will get worse. The pressure on services is exacerbated by Tory cuts to council budgets, especially in the north while giving more to Tory shires in the south. …
