Mum's New Plea to Find Parklife Victim's Killer ; EMOTIONAL APPEAL FOR ATTACKER'S 'GIRLFRIEND' TO COME FORWARD

ROBERT Hart's grief-stricken mum has made an emotional plea for the 'girlfriend' of his killer to come forward.

Elaine Hart, speaking ahead of the two-year anniversary of her son's death, is appealing 'to the conscience' of a key female witness.

A blonde woman, believed to be in her early twenties, was seen pulling the killer away moments after Robert was punched to the ground.

Police believe the woman could have been the attacker's friend or girlfriend.

Elaine, 68, said: "Two years further on and there has been complete silence. The woman who dragged the attacker from Robert, she walked away with the attacker.

"She knows who she is. She knows who he is."

Det Supt Phil Reade said he had 'no doubt' the woman knows who the attacker is.

He said: "We have witnesses who describe the attacker in the moments immediately after he struck Robert talking to a female who partially drags him away and pulls hims away into the crowd.

"She is clearly a vital witness. …
