ST. LOUIS > KTVI, DISH fighting * A contract scuffle between KTVI (Channel 2) and DISH Network could make the network unavailable for satellite subscribers as early as Sunday.

A notice posted on the network's website says contract negotiations between the two companies are not going well, and if a decision isn't reached by the time the contract expires at 7 p.m. Sunday, the network could be blacked out.

A KTVI representative wasn't available to discuss the fight, though the website indicates it's over retransmission fees.

KTVI wouldn't be the first network to deal with a DISH blackout. KDNL (Channel 30) had the same problem in August, and KSDK (Channel 5) in October.
