OKLAHOMA CITY - The first graduating class of the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma's Leadership Council raised $156,198 for the nonprofit organization during the two-year program.

The Leadership Council was developed for young professionals who want to help fight hunger in Oklahoma.

In addition to raising money, Leadership Council members volunteered, developed strategies to assist the Regional Food Bank, went to the state Capitol as advocates for the Regional Food Bank and also raised $156,198 to fight hunger in Oklahoma.

Adam Rainbolt, Wilcox & McGrath Insurance, was chairman of the Leadership Council and Collins Peck, Smith & Pickel Construction, was co-chairman.
