Sean "Diddy" Combs, the hip-hop artist and producer, has reportedly found a buyer for the Alpine brick manor that he has tried to sell, off and on, since 2006.

The New York Post reported that Combs has signed a contract to sell the house at 207 Anderson Ave. in Alpine for an unnamed amount that's below the $7.9 million asking price. The price has come down over the years; in mid-2011, it was listed for $13.5 million.

Listing agent Joshua Baris of Prominent Properties Sotheby's International Realty in Tenafly declined to comment.

Combs -- who has also used the name Puff Daddy -- bought the 3- acre property in the name of an LLC in 2004 for $6 million. According to the listing on the New Jersey Multiple Listing Service, the property includes a tennis court, putting green and pool with waterfalls. …
