I WRITE as someone who lost a relative in the Second World War who lies thousands of miles away in a foreign field.

I supported Tony Blair and the Invasion of Iraq and still do. The attack on the twin Towers in New York on September 11, 2001, was for me, a declaration of war on the west and everything we stand for by Islamist Terrorists. That attack demanded a response.

Saddam Hussain and others were supplying arms and training to terrorists. Saddam used chemical and biological weapons on thousands of his own people so it is a fact that he had them. Because they couldn't be found doesn't mean he didn't have them. He delayed and blocked the inspectors. Iraq is a large country, they could be buried anywhere.
