WHP Back with Top Line-Up of Club Stars

MANCHESTER'S top night spot The Warehouse Project has revealed its 2016 season and there are some huge stars headed here in the 12- week run.

It launches its 11th year on Friday, September 23, with a headline spot from M.I.A. plus sets from Jungle and Mura Masa, and also welcomes Adam Beyer, Joseph Capriati, Ben UFO, and Eats Everything during its opening weekend.

It returns to its 'spiritual home' of Store Street for most shows, but will also stretch its legs into various venues around the city - staging shows at the Albert Hall on Peter Street, Manchester Academy on Oxford Road, and Old Granada Studios, as well as host a set of midweek parties.

Highlights in the WHP calendar include: Fatboy Slim and Moderat at the Albert Hall (December 10 and September 28); Skepta's curatorial takeover on October 1 with sets from him and Giggs, Casisdead, and Zomby; Gorgon City (October 13); Hannah Wants in charge on October 14; Four Tet Presents with Nina Kraviz and Floating Points (October 22); a feast of Bonobo, John Hopkins and Gilles Peterson as WHP meets Ninja Tune (October 28); and Yousef Presents Circus with The Martinez Brothers (October 8). …
