Second Sharks Starlet Signs New Deal at Club ; RUGBY UNION

SALE Sharks have signed up another young player on a new long- term deal.

Sam James has agreed a four-year contract with Steve Diamond's side - just 24 hours after joint Young Player of the Year Cameron Neild committed his future to the club.

James, 22, made his Aviva Premiership debut for the club back in 2014 against Northampton Saints and made his mark last season as one of the best young talents in the Aviva Premiership.

He scored seven tries in 24 appearances and helped the club to sixth place in the Premiership and secure a spot in the European Champions Cup.

James's performances on the field didn't go unnoticed and he was selected for the England Saxons tour of South Africa, appearing in both of the games against South Africa A, putting in two great performances.
