QLAST winter we had a big problem with our windows dripping condensation. Should we replace them? They're double glazed and have been in for 15 years.

Jacqueline Newman, by email AIF THEY are dripping condensation on the inside, the windows have no thermal qualities left. You can replace the window units without replacing the frame, but you'd have to get a few prices and weigh it up.

QI HAVE moss on the roof of my house and this keeps dropping into my garden. Is there any way I can get rid of for good? Then, apply a fungicidal/moss killer to keep the moss at bay every couple of years.
