WRESTLING CLUB

Fifth- through eighth-graders can take part in a new youth wrestling club, "wreSTL," at 1800 South Broadway in Soulard. The nonprofit club will offer year-round wrestling.

The training facility will aim to be open Monday through Thursday from 3-8 p.m., supervised by the group's administrator. Participants can do schoolwork in the study rooms, grab a healthy snack and relax before practice begins at 5:30 p.m. For $25, shoes, equipment, instruction and competitions are provided to the participants. The club needs donations of mats, wall padding, shoes, headgear, apparel, furniture and money.

Anyone interested in volunteering can email wreSTLclub@gmail.com or call 314- 246-0711. …
