HE'S been inside some of the toughest prisons on Earth and also met inmates on Death Row, but for this new series Sir Trev is meeting the people on the other side of the law.

For nearly 200 years Scotland-Yard has been a symbol of policing across the world - home to the Metropolitan Police Service in London and responsible for solving some of the most infamous crimes in history.

And as the Met prepares to move to a new home, Trevor has been given access to some of the most sacrosanct rooms in Scotland Yard, and will also meet many of the people who helped shaped the Met.

Starting with a delve back into the history books, he discovers that discipline was a bit of a problem in the early days, with about half of those officers in 1829 being dismissed - mainly for drunkenness, but also for being found with a colleague's wife and, bizarrely, being caught on duty milking a cow! …
