Energizer Resurrects Bunny's 'Going' Slogan in New Ads

A revamped Energizer Bunny stars in a new campaign for the battery maker that resurrects a version of its long-running "keeps going" tagline.

Fans of the pink bunny will see an updated look for the company's mascot beginning this week. The sunglasses, blue flip flops and drum remain. The bunny is slimmer and has a more expressive face, and his flexibility and movement are expanded to bring his playful nature and charisma to life, Michelle Atkinson, chief consumer officer at Town and Country-based Energizer, told the Post-Dispatch.

"He's slimmed down a little bit, we've made his fur more realistic, and he has a new hop in his step," Atkinson said.

In the new campaign, the Energizer Bunny will appear on YouTube bumper ads, and the company is considering adding a Snapchat lens that allows users to overlay the bunny on photos on the social media site. …
