Lebowitz, Albert of University City, MO passed away peacefully at the age of 94 on September 24, 2016 at St. Luke's Hospital in Chesterfield, MO. He is predeceased by his brother Simon and sister Rose and is survived by his beloved wife of 63 years, Naomi, his son and daughterin-law, Joel and Julie, his daughter and son-in-law, Judith and Drew, and his two grandsons, Joshua and Graham. A native of St. Louis, Albert attended Washington University before serving as a lieutenant and navigator in the US Air Force during WWII. Subsequently, he attended Harvard Law School. Albert practiced law his entire professional life in a number of different capacities, including his work as General Council for NCI corporation and his work for the law offices of Donald Schlapprizzi. He was a published writer of four books: Laban's Will, The Man Who Wouldn't Say No, A Matter of Days, and The Legal Mind of the Presidency. …
