Gordon Lightfoot, Canada's best-known singer-songwriter, will bring his "The Legend Lives On" Tour south for an 8 p.m. Tuesday performance at the Topeka Performing Arts Center, 214 S.E. 8th, where he made his venue debut in 2009.
