New York Jets (1-3) at Steelers (3-1): 1 p.m. ? CB William Gay, who is tied for the most interception TDs in the league (5) since 2013, might want to take note that Jets QB Ryan Fitzpatrick has thrown nine INTs in the past two games.

* Prediction: Steelers, 27-17

Washington Redskins (2-2) at Baltimore Ravens (3-1): 1 p.m. ? The Redskins look like the hotter team, winning their past two starts and having a 300-yard passer and 100-yard rusher vs. the Browns. The Ravens lost to the first team they played with a winning record.

* Prediction: Ravens, 20-17

* Prediction: Eagles, 24-20

* Prediction: Colts, 30-23

Tennessee Titans (1-3) at Miami Dolphins (1-3): 1 p.m. ? For a 1-3 team, the Titans have been competitive. All four games have been decided by an average of six points. Much the same can be said for the Dolphins, their most recent loss ? 22-7 to the Bengals Sept. 29 ? notwithstanding.

* Prediction: Dolphins, 22-19

Houston Texans (3-1) at Minnesota Vikings (4-0): 1 p.m. ? This matchup is not as enticing as it appears. The Texans have been largely unimpressive at 3-1, especially on the road. …
