HOPELESS office temp Brian, played by Inbetweener James Buckley, is transported to a magical parallel universe in this quirky fantasy comedy.

It's a wonderfully silly romp about Brian's adventures in the dead-end town of Munty, with some laugh-out-loud jokes (watch out for a nice swipe at Donald Trump in this episode).

But that's not the best bit. The joy comes from the splendid cast - Paul Kaye as drunk, slightly unhinged wizard Howell, Sharon Rooney as atrocious soothsayer Barbara, Ken Collard as Steg, an armchair revolutionary, Louis Emerick as warrior turned pub landlord Herman, and even a cameo from the show's producer Steve Coogan.

It begins as Brian accidentally receives a weird bracelet in the post. Turns out it's a magical amulet, and when he puts it on for a laugh in his office, he's zapped into a strange world.

Fortunately, there's a pub - The Jug And The Other Jug - but he's perplexed and terrified when he's faced with the locals. …
