Western Pennsylvania is a pretty nice place to be when autumn rolls around. A harvest of fall festivals will celebrate the region's rich history, diverse ethnic heritage and sense of community. And with several large arts and crafts shows in the works, it's a good time to start holiday shopping for those unique and unusual gifts.
