Emerson Buys Industrial Building for $3.7 Million

TULSA - Emerson Process Management Regulator Technologies purchased an industrial building for $3.7 million. The 108,000- square-foot-building sits on nearly 9 acres in the Mingo Valley Industrial Park and is at 9932 E. 58th St. in Tulsa.

University of Central Oklahoma real estate professor J. David Chapman said the transaction provides the company equity in any improvements or upgrades made to the property. The property isn't large, relative to other industrial facilities, he said.

Dave Baldridge, an external spokesman for Emerson, wrote in an email to The Journal Record that Emerson purchased Enardo, the business previously located at E. 58th Street. Enardo's operations are now part of Emerson's industrial automation business, he wrote. An Emerson spokesperson was not available for an interview before publication time. …
