Tyler Mountain/Cross Lanes Community Services Seeks Sponsors for Toy and Food Drive

Tyler Mountain/Cross Lanes Community Services is getting ready for its Christmas food and toy program, and it needs your help. As a community services agency, TMCLCS strives to help as many households as possible with food, utility and housing assistance throughout the year. During the holiday season, the program provides more than 250 food boxes to needy families. For those families that miss the Secret Santa deadline for toys and clothes, TMCLCS tries to meet those needs, too.

In the past, the agency has enlisted the help of Fruth Pharmacy in Cross Lanes, but with the closing of that store, there is a void to fill. The "Giving Tree, with the children's needs hung on it, no longer has a home. TMCLCS no longer has that help with finding sponsors for the children in its service area.
