THEY may be hovering just above the National League North relegation zone, but Curzon Ashton face a potential banana skin tie in the FA Cup first round today.

The Nash visit Westfields - the joint-lowest ranked team left in the competition and manager John Flanagan says his players must be at the top of their game.

"It is a bigger day for Westfields and we are going to have to be very careful, because there is a banana skin there waiting for us," Flanagan said.

"The difference in the levels will for, at least a length of time, actually see us on an equal footing and there will be nothing in it.

"It will be all about energy and about who is playing quickly. They will have every motivation, especially with a big crowd, to press us, squeeze us and stop us playing. …
