Tickets are now on sale for Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey's Circus XTREME. Described as the "ultimate family entertainment experience" in a press release, the circus will bring high-wire wizards, powerful strongmen, BMX trick riders, trampoline artists, contortionists, a bungee aerial skydiving display and a human cannonball into the ring. More than 300 cast and crew are a part of the two-and-a-half-hour spectacle.

Circus XTREME also features many exotic animals, including Bengal tigers and two-humped camels, ridden by daring Mongolian women. The show, running Jan. 25-29 at the Amalie Arena in Tampa, will be the first Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey's production to run without elephants. The circus's former performing pachyderms are now retired at the company's 200-acre Center for Elephant Conservation in central Florida. …
