St. Albans Christmas Historic Homes Tour Dec. 3

Four older homes in St. Albans will be decorated for the holiday season during the St. Albans Historical Society's annual Christmas Historic Homes Tour. The tour will run from 6 to 9 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 3.

Four historical homes will be open for the tour, as well as other historical buildings and a church. Shuttles will take visitors this year to the various properties and making a continuous loop, or visitors can opt to drive.

The tour will begin at the St. Albans Historical Society building at 404 Fourth Ave., adjacent to the C&O Depot. Next door is the C&O Depot (circa 1906) with train displays and railroad items. The St. Marks Episcopal Church (circa 1847) will also be open. The C&O Depot and St. Marks are listed on the National Register of Historic Places. …
