Even though Donald Trump won the election, he still is questioning the legitimacy of the election. He now claims that there were millions who voted illegally, all apparently for Hillary Clinton ("Trump Claims Millions Voted Illegally," Nov. 28). His statement is clearly and demonstratively false.

Justin Levitt, a professor at the Loyola Law School, an expert in constitutional law and the law of democracy, concluded in an exhaustive academic study of every election held in the United States from 2000 through 2014 that there existed 31 cases of in-person voter fraud. That is out of more than 1 billion ballots casts. That is 0.0000281 percent of the ballots cast in the United States over a 14-year period. Mr. Trump says that on Election Day millions suddenly voted for his opponent illegally. …
