Goss, Constance Elaine December 16, 2016. Connie Goss was a teacher and master gardener who loved dogs, reading, good conversation, and horseback riding. Most of all, she loved her children, Anna Goss and David Goss, whom she adopted from South America as a single woman. Born in Little Rock, Connie graduated from Washington University in St. Louis, and earned her master's degree at the University of Missouri-St. Louis. Her first job after college was teaching U.S. history and psychology at Lindbergh High School; she stayed for 30 years. After retiring, she went back to school and earned a degree in agriculture. She worked as a landscaper for several years, and was a regular volunteer at the Missouri Botanical Gardens and Gateway Greening, as well as the Siteman Cancer Center and her church. …
